Description
The Satori embodies the art of refined butchery — a blade created for focus, control, and mastery. Designed and hand-finished by SAVAKNIFE, this author’s knife excels at meat trimming, tendon removal, and portioning clean, even cuts.
Each knife is available in two premium steels:
- EN 1.4116 Stainless Steel (58–59 HRC) — highly corrosion-resistant, easy to maintain, and reliable for daily kitchen use.
- X12MF Tool Steel (60 HRC) — a tougher, high-carbon alloy delivering superior wear resistance, exceptional sharpness retention, and an unmistakably aggressive bite.
Both versions are ground to 0.2 mm behind the edge and hand-sharpened to deliver a smooth, decisive cut — no tearing, no drag, just precision through muscle and fiber.
Handle options match function with feel:
- Ash Wood Handle — stained and treated with Danish oil, then sealed in carnauba wax for a comfortable, natural grip that improves with time.
- ABS Handle — moisture- and impact-resistant, hygienic, and stable under demanding conditions.
Purpose-built for meat trimming, membrane removal, and portioning, the Satori knife combines deliberate geometry with hand craftsmanship — a blade that rewards patience, precision, and respect for the material.
Handmade in Ukraine. Forged for professionals who demand sharpness, balance, and endurance in every cut.
