- EN 1.4116 Stainless Steel (58–59 HRC) — cryo-treated for enhanced stability, corrosion resistance, and smooth, effortless slicing.
Both versions feature a thin, aggressive edge geometry, hand-sharpened finish, and perfect balance for precision slicing, chopping, and dicing.
The handle — crafted from stained ash wood, secured with metal pins, and finished in Danish oil and carnauba wax — provides a confident, ergonomic grip even during extended prep sessions.
