At Knifia, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, certificates, and tags included.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized knives are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at info@knifia.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return request process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item, subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at info@knifia.com with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom, engraved, or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
