Description
Blending Japanese precision with Ukrainian craftsmanship, the SAVAKNIFE “Sankiri” is a versatile kitchen knife created for cooks who value balance, control, and effortless sharpness. Designed by SAVAKNIFE’s workshop as an author’s interpretation of classic Japanese geometry, it brings clean, confident cutting to any kitchen task.
The blade is forged from EN 1.4116 stainless steel, hardened to 58–59 HRC, and thinned to just 0.2 mm behind the edge before being hand-sharpened to a fast, aggressive finish. The result: a knife that slices meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit with precision while holding its edge through long hours of work.
Handle options tailor the knife to your rhythm:
- Oak Wood Handle — octagonal for control, finished with Danish oil and carnauba wax for warmth, grip, and enduring protection.
- ABS Handle — tough, moisture-resistant, and hygienic, perfect for professional environments where reliability meets speed.
Ideal for:
- Daily kitchen cutting and trimming tasks
- Vegetables, fruits, fish, and meat
- Precise, controlled food preparation
Original in design, refined in performance, the Sankiri carries SAVAKNIFE’s philosophy — simplicity, balance, and sharpness that serves without fail.
Handmade in Ukraine. Forged for precision, endurance, and everyday mastery.
