Description
The SAVAKNIFE Kiritsuke Trio unites three blades that define modern culinary versatility. Inspired by traditional Japanese kiritsuke geometry and forged with Ukrainian craftsmanship, each knife is built for sharp, fluid, and confident performance — from delicate slicing to heavy prep.
All blades are made from EN 1.4116 stainless steel, hardened to 58–59 HRC, and ground to a fine 0.2 mm edge geometry. Every knife is hand-sharpened for a clean, aggressive cut that glides through ingredients with control and ease.
Included in the Set:
- Large Kiritsuke (190 mm) — master blade for meat, fish, and dense vegetables.
- Medium Kiritsuke (170 mm) — the everyday performer for balanced kitchen work.
- Mini Kiritsuke (100 mm) — precision tool for peeling, trimming, and detailed presentation.
A 1200-grit ceramic honing rod is included to maintain the perfect edge during use.
Handle Options:
- Oak Wood — reinforced with metal pins, finished with tung oil and carnauba wax, shaped in a comfortable octagonal profile.
- ABS Handle — durable, hygienic, and moisture-resistant for long-term kitchen use.
Ideal for:
- Professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts
- Full food preparation workflow
- Those who value craftsmanship and cutting precision
Built for harmony and precision, the Kiritsuke Trio reflects the SAVAKNIFE workshop’s philosophy — tools forged not just to perform, but to elevate every movement.
