Description
The SAVAKNIFE “Cai Dao” blends traditional Chinese kitchen blade geometry with modern blade technology. Its wide 80 mm profile ensures fast, controlled chopping, while the polymer coating significantly reduces food sticking, protects against moisture, and maintains a clean working surface during long prep sessions.
Crafted from EN 1.4116 stainless steel, hardened to 58–59 HRC, and ground to 0.2 mm behind the edge, the blade delivers sharp, efficient cutting performance with excellent corrosion resistance. Every knife is hand-sharpened, ensuring smooth, predictable slicing through vegetables, herbs, boneless meats, and fish.
The wide blade allows effortless ingredient transfer from board to pan, enhancing workflow efficiency and handling comfort.
