Description
The SAVAKNIFE 5-Piece Set represents the heart of professional cooking — a collection designed to handle every task from delicate peeling to confident chopping. Forged by hand in Ukraine, each knife combines Japanese-inspired geometry with the precision of modern cryogenic steel treatment.
All blades are made from EN 1.4116 stainless steel, hardened to 58–59 HRC and cryo-treated for improved edge stability, corrosion resistance, and lasting sharpness. Ground to 0.2 mm behind the edge and hand-finished, they glide through ingredients with clean, effortless motion.
Included Knives:
- Nakiri (165 mm) — traditional vegetable knife for fast, precise chopping.
- Cai-Dao (160 mm) — Chinese-style multi-purpose blade for meats, vegetables, and herbs.
- Santoku (190 mm) — all-around performer for meat, fish, and produce.

- Paring (100 mm) — compact control for peeling and fine cutting.
A 1200-grit ceramic honing rod (180 mm working length) is included as a gift, allowing you to maintain a razor edge between sharpenings.
