Description
Named after a figure from Ukrainian folklore, Viy is a compact fixed-blade knife that doesn’t blink. Crafted by hand in Ukraine, this blade is designed to meet the demands of outdoor explorers, hunters, anglers, and those who simply appreciate a tool that doesn’t quit.
Whether you’re making kindling by a mountain fire, cleaning a fresh catch, or opening a box in your garage — Viy delivers controlled power, rugged reliability, and the unmistakable quality of real handmade steel.
The blade is forged from N690 stainless steel by Austria’s Böhler-Uddeholm, a steel trusted by professionals for its excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and all-weather toughness. A double-stage finish — SandBlast prep followed by a Stonewash treatment — gives it a muted, tactical elegance while protecting the blade from wear.
The ergonomic G10 handle offers a confident grip in wet, cold, or hot conditions, while the molded Kydex sheath ensures secure, easy carry whether on a belt or pack.
