1. Shipping Origin
- All orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from our workshop partners in Ukraine.
- As each knife is handmade, some products may require additional production time before shipment.
2. Processing Time
- In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. Specific lead times will be communicated at the time of your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable international shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Standard International Shipping (tracked)
- Express Shipping options may be available for select destinations
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
